‍We are pleased to welcome you as part of KRUPYNKA Conference!

‍Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully; they apply to and govern your registration for and attendance of the October 28, 2022 KRUPYNKA Conference (the event registered for referred to herein as the “Event” or “Conference”). This event is organized by Projector (“Projector”, “we,” or “our”). Registrant shall be referred to herein as “you” or “your.” 

‍By completing and submitting your registration for the Event, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that he has accepted these terms.Conference is all about equal community and as such, we will do whatever we believe is necessary to provide a safe, friendly, and fun environment for our attendees, volunteers, staff, guests, sponsors, and presenters. We invite you and all those who participate in Conference to help us create safe and positive experiences for everyone.

1. Event Registration Confirmation
‍
‍Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email.

‍Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.

‍You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address that is provided on your registration form.

‍In addition, you will also be added to the Event participant list for notifications of future events.

‍If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out.

‍By registering for the Event, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by us. If Projector determines that you have violated this policy, Projector may cancel your access.



2. Fees

‍The fees to attend the Event are indicated on the website https://krupynka.com/. All fees paid by credit card are due at the time of registration. All fees paid by wire transfer are due seven days after registration. We reserve the right to deny or revoke your access to the Event if payment is not received in full by these deadlines.

‍Please note, that all payments are directed to the replenishment of the charity fund – Projector Creative & Tech Foundation (NGO Projector is Registered Charity in Ukraine, no. 42166432). And your support is important to furthering the various educational, exchange and business programs that are helping to inspire and empower Ukrainian women refugees to start creative & tech careers.

‍Thus, your payment is considered a donation and is non-refundable for any reason. If you are not satisfied with this, please do not complete the registration for the Event.



3. Transfers of registration

‍You may transfer or cancel your registration to Event by sending an email to hello@prjctr.com.ua clearly identifying the Event, the number of attendees, and the attendee names for whom you wish to cancel the registration. But, as described in the section 2, we will not provide refunds.Your completed registration is valid only for the named attendee, unless formally transferred to another person (via written request to and confirmation by Projector). You may transfer your attendance to another person up the Conference date.



4. Event cancellation or modification

‍Due to the logistics of scheduling numerous speakers for the Event, it may be necessary at times to adjust the schedule and content of the Event. We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of the Event at our sole discretion.

In case of force majeure or other grounds for postponing the Event, the date of the Event may be changed. If the date of the Event is changed, we will notify you of such change as soon as possible by posting such changes on the Event website and by mailing (if you joined the mailing list).If the new date of the Event does not suit you, please contact us by email hello@prjctr.com.ua.

‍Except as otherwise provided herein, we will not be liable to you for any individual or commercial costs incurred by you as a result of any cancellation or modification of the Event.



5. Ownership and limitations on use

‍Nothing herein shall be construed as transferring to you or any third party any right, title, or interest in or to any content, presentation, documentation, website, or other related materials provided in connection with the Event, including but not limited to any live stream, video or digital recording, or photographs thereof (the “Objects”). 

‍All right, title, and interest in and to the Objects is owned or licensed by us or is included as part of the Event with the consent of the owner.

‍You shall not modify, make additions, or deletions to unlawfully create derivative works of, republish, disseminate, distribute, reproduce, transfer, or in any other ways use the Objects other than for your own internal purposes consistent with the purpose of the Event. 

‍Such prohibited activities shall include but not be limited to the sharing of the Objects on any website, intranet, or another shared database, on the social networks, etc. 

‍No recording or broadcasting audio or video, or photography of the Event is allowed. You shall not permit any person that has not registered for the Event and paid the associated fees to access the Event or any of the Objects. 

‍We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Event if you violate any part of this section.

‍Use of Likeness. By participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree to grant us the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.



6. No representations or warranties

‍Many of the Objects provided in connection with the Event is created by speakers engaged by us to participate in the Event. 

‍We take reasonable care to ensure that the speakers engaged to participate in the Event are knowledgeable in their fields. 

‍However, we are unable to thoroughly review and evaluate the Objects provided by such speakers prior to the Event. 

‍Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, condition, fitness, merchantability, or performance of any Objects. 

‍We shall have no liability to you resulting from your use of the Objects.



7. Acceptable use

‍In attending the Event, you agree to comply at all times with all applicable laws. You may not knowingly:
‍
1. Copy or distribute Event digital content available solely to paying attendees,
2. Violate any party’s proprietary, publicity, privacy, or other rights,
3. Transmit or knowingly receive any inappropriate materials, including but not limited to obscene or pornographic materials, violent materials, discriminatory materials, or other materials reasonably understood to be inappropriate under the circumstances,
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Event or any systems used to support the Event,
5. Disrupt the Event or any systems used to support the Event,
6. Collect the information of others without his or her consent, or
7. Permit unauthorized users to access the Event.

‍We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Event if you violate any part of this section.



8. Limitation of liability

‍We shall not be liable to you for any incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost goodwill, cost of cover, or other special or indirect damages arising from your registration for the Event, however, caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract or tort, including without limitation, negligence. This disclaimer shall apply whether or not we have been apprised of the possibility of such damages.

‍In no event shall our aggregate liability for damages in connection with your registration for the Event exceed the amount you paid for such event.

‍You acknowledge that the limitations set forth in this Section are integral to the amount of fees charged for registration and that, were we to assume any additional liability other than as set forth herein, such fees would be substantially higher.



9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or damages resulting from any claim by any third party, including amounts incurred pursuant to resolution or settlement agreements with government agencies (cumulatively, each a “Claim”), arising out of any act or omission by you during or in connection with the Event or Objects or your registration for the Event.



10. Personal data and communication

‍You agree that we may process any personal data you provide to us for the purpose of registering you for the Event, communicating with you about the Event, providing additional information to you related to the Event or future Events we offer, and for our marketing, business development, and analytical purposes.

We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to keep your personal data confidential and secure, and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided herein, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted by applicable law. 

‍Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, Projector cannot guarantee the security of your personal data, and there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. Please note that e-mails communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.

‍All electronic financial transactions made through our Site will be protected by data encryption technology.

‍You can ask Projector for any personal data we have about you and receive a copy free of charge (unless the law allows charging a fee). Projector reserves the right to refuse to provide information at your request, within the applicable law.

‍You have the right to instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes, by marking the appropriate form of consent. In the absence of your special waiver, it is considered that you agree that your personal information may be used for marketing purposes. 

‍Also, you have the right to request that we delete any personal data which we are holding about you.

‍If you would like further information about your rights or would like to exercise any of them, you may also contact us via hello@prjctr.com.ua. We try to answer every email promptly where possible and provide our response within the time period stated by applicable law. 

‍Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain your personal data. Please also note that certain personal data may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, which may include if we need to keep processing your personal data to comply with a legal obligation. When you email us with a request, we may ask that you provide us with the information necessary to confirm your identity.

‍You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, both by e-mail and by posting notices related to the Event on our website. 

‍You hereby give your unambiguous informed consent to receive mailings, electronic (both individual and mass), information, and advertising materials about goods, works and services offered by the Projector and / or other persons, as well as information specifying previously sent materials. 11. Miscellaneous

‍Modifications. These Terms and Conditions and the registration form completed during the registration process represent the entire agreement between us (Projector and you) and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, negotiations, and understandings between us hereto relating to the Event and registration for the Event.

‍Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.

‍Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Ukraine.

‍Headings. The division of these Terms and Conditions into sections and subparagraphs and the insertion of headings are for the convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

‍Invalidity. Should any part of these Terms and Conditions for any reason be declared invalid, such declaration shall not impact the remaining portions of the Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed to without the invalid portion thereof.
